Cancellations

Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you.

We therefore ask that you notify us a minimum of 48 hours before if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

For late cancellations and “ No Show” appointments unfortunately charges will have to be made.

Children

For the consideration of our other clients and the safety of your child, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the salon.

Children under the age of 14 cannot receive treatments

Allergies & Medical Conditions

On your first visit you will be asked to fill in a consultation form. It is essential that you notify your therapist of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your treatment. If anything changes we ask you keep your therapist informed.
